Flashings deliver a range of practical and aesthetic benefits to the construction industry, from weather and sound-proofing to efficient heat retention with butt or lapped joints, and an enormous palette of metal or colour coated finishes.

We have a particular strength in the production of architectural flashings for the external cladding of buildings. From your CAD drawings we manufacture metal flashings, cappings and closures of all standard formats, such as ridge, eave, barge, apron, curved and corner/mitred.

We also produce flashings with coated materials such as Plastisol™ (HP200 and HPS200), Prisma™, Bright White Liner and pre-galvanised. Such coatings provide a life expectancy of up to 30 years, dependant on application and environment. Aluminium flashings are available, together with a powder coating service.

Produced as they are on our high-capacity press brakes and folding equipment, we can supply flashing products to meet your timescales, whilst guaranteeing consistency of finish for each project.

We have solid experience in the production of both fixed and mobile access solutions; selecting appropriate, safe material and specification for individual uses.

Products include:

• Doors of all configurations, in galvanised or stainless steel, for internal and external access, garages, etc. We also provide many protective panels for non-metal doors.

•  Fixed stairways and fire escapes.

• Mobile (wheeled) steps, typically in aluminium for ease of movement.

•  Small-scale footbridges, platforms and walkways.

Naturally, each of these can also be painted, galvanised or powder coated to suit the particular application.

Bespoke containers and enclosures are a growing part of our business, as storage and containment space becomes ever more valuable. In particular, we have developed an expertise in louvred products, wherever a good air flow is required. We also manufacture many small structures, e.g. smoking shelters, bicycle shelters and small storage buildings.

Deriving initially from our expertise in the construction sector, we have become highly proficient and cost-effective in both low and high-volume batch work. From simple brackets to complex flashings and soakers, protective panels to radiator guards, simple aluminium treadplates for your van to bespoke candle moulds for your new business - we can bring you excellent quality and cost efficiency, allied to super-brisk turnaround times.

The breadth of our capabilities also means that we are pleased to receive many commisions for ‘one-off’ products or parts. These may be bespoke solutions for non-standard applications, or prototypes for new products, which may then go into testing prior to being refined and ordered in quantity.

Many of these specialised projects bring together our skills in fabrication, high-spec. welding, precision laser cutting and machining procedures (e.g. turning and milling). Professional pride means that we are always delighted to rise to these challenges, with the end product often providing us with a fresh ‘shop window’ demonstration of our capabilities.

We are able to produce any of the following forms of gutter:

• Pre-galvanised with joggled joints, standard nuts, bolts and washers (or clip nuts if required), and butyl gutter tape.

• Mill finished aluminium gutters, powder coated if preferred to your own choice of colour, which can include expansion joints.

• Insulated aluminium or galvanised gutters as per your requirements.

• Membrane gutters (Raintite™) in both steel and aluminium, with a life expectancy in excess of 35 years. This is ISO.14001 approved, achieves an ‘AA’ fire rating and is the only environmentally friendly PVC product currently available.

• HP200 or HPS Double-sided or single-sided trimline gutters or boxed gutters, with either internal butt straps or punched, joggled, c/w nuts, bolts, washers and coloured caps if required.

We also supply corners, stop ends and brackets to suit all types of gutters.

Square and round rainwater pipes can be manufactured from Plastisol™ HP200 & HPS200, Prisma™ and aluminium.
